Palm Desert, (formerly referred to as Old MacDonald Ranch) has been a center of growth in the desert, dating back to the early 1900s. In fact, it was California's fastest growing city for twenty years. This growth meant big things for Harvey's Garage Door, because it is also where our business did most of its growing. That's right, just eight years after Harvey's founding, Palm Desert experienced the massive 1980s-1990s population boom that allowed our company to grow into what it has become today. Since that time, Palm Desert has only grown more, taking in more and more snow birds as news spreads far and wide of this little old city, and the palm trees that line its beautiful streets.
